GNB27 connectors can support up to 9 Amps of continuous current and 15 Amps of burst current, compared to the commonly used PH2.0 connectors which only support 4.5 amps of continuous current. Compared with the PH2.0 crimped pins, the GNB27 connector is more durable longer lasting with copper plated pins.
