These Molex connectors are commonly used to connect  brushless motors. With 100mm soft silicone leads pre attached, they are all ready for soldering.

These leads are commonly used on Parkzone and Losi motors and ESC units.

They are also suitable for connecting brushless motors to the 6ch receiver shown here which has an onboard brushless ESC.
