Polyester Tissue is very strong. To apply it to a balsa frame use some PVA (white) wood glue and dilute it with water. Brush the glue onto the frame and then apply the polyester tissue. When applying the tissue, wrinkles can be straightened out by applying some heat. If you are going to apply dope then thin it out before applying.
