These wheels are sold in packs of 4 and require assembly. The wooden hubs are simply glued together and then the tyre is glued in place. The wheel hubs have no hole in them but the position is marked for you to drill your own holes. This allows you to drill a hole suitable for whatever thickness of undercarriage wire you are using.
For gluing the tyre on, use either UHU Expanded Polystyrene glue or wood glue.
