MicronWings sends international orders through the Australia Post EMS network.
Where possible, we pre-pay all import duties, tariffs and taxes on your behalf when sending your order. MicronWings has partnered with Zonos, a company which handles tariff and import payments to foreign governments on behalf of international suppliers. When your order is sent, MicronWings pays any relevant tariff and import processing charges for your order directly thought the Zonos network. This ensures that when the delivery arrives in your country, customs clearance, as well as any fees and charges will have already been paid.
The USA charges a flat import rate as a percentage of good value only depending on the origin of manufacture as well as the clountry the goods are being sent from.
The UK charges a base amount per import on international deliveries as well as VAT calculated on the total of the cost of goods and postage costs including the import duties.
Canada charges a handling fee per import on international deliveries as well as GST calculated on the total of the cost of goods.
Currently our payment peovider Zonos is still negotiating payment proceedures with these zones. As a result customers in these countries will be responsible for paying all import duties and taxes when collecting their order from the postal provider. Once agreements have been made MicronWings will implement a system to pre-pay duties for these countries.
Upon checkout you will be shown Tariff Fees, Duties and Taxes included in your purchase total. These fees will be paid on your behalf so there will be nothing further to pay when your deliver arrives.
