Motor Mount Adapter 9mm and 12mm with Base

This motor mount adapter kit can be used to mount drone motors on airplanes. Drone motors have screws which screw in from the back and the mount doesn’t clear the bell. So this mount kit allows you to secure the motor to the mount and then secure the mount to the airframe.

Smaller drone motors come with 6.6mm, 9x9mm and 12x12mm mount patterns and this moutn kit allows you to mount motors with 9x9mm and 12x12mm mount patterns. See details below.

When mounting motors with a 9x9mm mount pattern
The square plastic adapter plate between the mount and the motor adapts the 12x12mm mount on the black piece to the 9x9mm mount of the motor. The white plastic base plate is optional and may make for more convenient mounting.

When mounting motors with a 12x12mm mount pattern
Mount the motor directly to the black mount. The white plastic base plate is optional and may make for more convenient mounting.

The screws are recessed on the square adapter plate and special M2 screws are supplied with the kit.
